A week of continuation practice after the studio

The Trend Continuation Studio ends with a short brief. The brief only works if you reopen it on quiet evenings.

Here is the week we suggest:

Day 1–2: Replay two historical continuation days on your market. Pause before each pullback and speak the grade aloud.

Day 3–4: On live charts, journal only the decisions you skipped. Standing aside is part of the model.

Day 5: Compare your average reclaim rule with what actually printed. Adjust wording, not the indicator period, unless the timeframe truly mismatched.

Bring unanswered charts back through the contact form. Alumni often book the lab specifically to pressure-test grades after a busy week.
