What we collect
When you enquire we process your name, email address, message content, session interest, and self-described chart experience. If you phone us we may keep brief diary notes. Server logs may record IP address and basic technical data required to deliver the site.
Why we process it
- Responding to training enquiries and arranging sessions (contract / pre-contract steps)
- Keeping booking and refund records (legal obligation and legitimate interests)
- Improving page clarity where analytics cookies are accepted (consent)
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is needed for accounting or dispute handling. Session invoices and deposit records are retained for six years in line with typical UK business practice.
Sharing
We use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. International transfers, if any, rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved contractual clauses.
Your rights
