Refunds and cancellations

This policy applies to paid training places with Fabric Mappoint — Trend Continuation Studio, Moving Average Context Clinic, Pullback Decision Lab, and related planning calls that carry a fee.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how far ahead you cancel, whether chart preparation has begun, and whether a deposit or full fee was taken.

Timeframes

• Full refund of fees paid if you cancel at least seven clear days before the scheduled session and no bespoke chart markup has been delivered to you.
• Partial refund (50%) if you cancel between three and six clear days before the session, or if markup has already been sent.
• No refund for cancellations inside three clear days, no-shows, or sessions already completed.

Deposits

Diary deposits are refundable under the same timelines as session fees. A deposit may be transferred once to a new date within eight weeks if you reschedule with at least three clear days’ notice.

Rescheduling

We allow one complimentary reschedule when notice meets the three-day threshold and diary space exists. Further changes may be treated as a cancellation.

Work already started

If we have annotated your charts or prepared a written brief, that preparation time is non-refundable even when the live session is moved. Materials already supplied remain yours for personal study.

Non-refundable items

Completed sessions, downloaded or emailed practice briefs after delivery, and third-party room hire booked at your request are non-refundable.

Process and timing

Email info@fabric-mappoint.digital with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten working days.
