Governing law is that of England and Wales, courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising in Great Britain.

Services described

Session descriptions explain educational chart training focused on trend continuation models and moving average context. Nothing on this site is personalised investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or an invitation to engage in regulated investment activity beyond education.

Bookings and deposits

A place is reserved when we confirm it in writing and any requested deposit is received. Timetables may shift by mutual agreement. See the refund page for cancellation rules.

Intellectual property

Curriculum outlines, annotated examples prepared for you, and site content remain the intellectual property of Fabric Mappoint. You may keep materials supplied for your personal study. You may not republish, sell, or teach from them as your own course without written permission.

Liability
